"Overall, the property is wonderful and we had a great two days celebrating our dad’s birthday! 11 adults were there in total. Of course it was January when we stayed— so summer may make a diff but the temperature was inconsistent in different rooms— particularly the room off the downstairs master. "Positives: The house worked very well for our travel needs. It was clean, had enough space for our family and was pet friendly. The neighborhood was very nice also, easy to walk the dogs around the block. It was nice that the owner provided laundry and dishwasher pods and coffee for the Keurig. Negatives: only one really. The kitchen has bare essentials but key on word bare. The kitchen definitely needs more plates, silverware, perhaps a crock pot. Felt you had to constantly run the dish...

"Awesome place but don’t listen to the gps cause it lets you pass up the property and sends you to a dead end …. The house is about 5-7 minutes from the last turn you make…. The stay was great and very nice…. We will be back"

"Clean and neat home in the heart of Berea. Just the right size for two friends reuniting with a few others for a 40th reunion of a post-college volunteer program. Looking forward to renting again in the next few years!"

"Lovely house on the lake. Very clean though out entire house. Kitchen was wonderful. Host was very nice and attentive. WiFi did not work very well so the TV kept cutting out but I would think that is to be expected with the location. Driveway is quite steep and that did make me nervous but was worth it for the views. We could walk to our own private dock to fish and kayak and just look out over the lake on the back deck. "
