The price was so/so for the room. The room was kind of bare on furniture. No top blanket, just a old looking blanket with a sheet under and on top. Two bath towels and even though there were two bars for hand towels, there was only one hand towel. The light didn't work over the vanity. It came on once and then nothing. There was a guy who appeared to be living out of his truck with a dog in the parking lot rear. He and someone else kept yelling at each other.

Property location was fantastic if you are going to Renfro Valley entertainment barn. But the room was not the cleanest or most up to date . But it was within walking distance to the venue. So we were willing to compromise.

The room was clean and comfortably. Staff was polite. My only issue was the shortcuts that were taken with the breakfast buffet. The sausage and eggs that needed warmed were Not Good. The standard waffle maker has been replaced with refrigerator waffles that had to be warmed.

Staff was nice. Breakfast bar not very good or kept up. Had to use 2 tv remotes. 1 for sound and 1 for channels which they didnt really have either. Beds were comfortable but they didnt bring any new towels.

It was very out dated and didn’t smell great. It was musty and didnt feel clean. The carpet was sticky. We got ready for the concert there and decided not to stay the night because we didnt feel comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but it wasn’t very clean and things needed to be in better working order. The breakfast needed more healthy options. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t at least have hard boiled eggs as an option.
