"My family of 5 (2 parents and 3 teenagers) stayed here as a change of pace for thanksgiving. The house and property are very well maintained and we enjoyed the quiet and the scenic drive though the rolling hills. The proximity to red river gorge was perfect for some outdoor activities. Angela was very quick to respond to questions (even on thanksgiving) and was an excellent host. "

"Overall, the property was lovely. It was very clean and cozy. The hosts make sure all of the essentials there including several board games/cards to pass the time. It was rainy and chilly for our trip, so we enjoyed using the space to unwind in the hot tub and relax. The hosts were easy to communicate with and do a great job of making your stay the best as possible. We would stay here again and would love to come back in the summer time! "

"8 of us [3 generations] stayed six nights in this rather spacious house with good beds and plenty of bedding, towels, and two nice bathrooms--one very spacious. Very handy to attractions in Richmond and in Berea. We didn't use the house much during the day--spending time with family in Berea [EASY commuting distance] and did almost no cooking there. Would be first choice if booking again in the area."

"The property manager has very poor communication. I tried to contact her for 3 days before check in no response until the morning of check in. Her phone said not available and couldn’t leave a message her messages were all full. She then text and said the property was not available to call and cancel it. But no response until the day of. That’s a scary and embarrassing feeling when you have people depending on you. Please don’t try to rent this property thru VRBO. VRBO NEEDS TO REMOVE HER AND...
