"We stayed here for a small family reunion over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. I brought my own turkey roaster but everything else was provided. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Of course the pool was closed in November but we would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and the beach, which is a short walk. Overall I would recommend this property. "

"This is one of the cleanest and well equipped homes I have ever rented. The description and pics are completely accurate. Beds were comfy. Kitchen laid out well. Easy to communicate with the host and very responsive. Views incredible from inside and outside. Location was awesome - literally 60 steps and you are putting your beach chair down. SOO easy to come back and forth to the home. The decks offered beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. I would 1000% rent this property again. 2...

"My immediate family, in laws, and our two dogs stayed here at the end of September. The house needs a DEEP cleaning. We had to ask housekeeping to come back and clean the bathrooms and floors when we first arrived. The ceiling fans, outdoor furniture, light fixtures etc need a good dusting/cleaning. "We really enjoyed the beach cottage! Was comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy our family Christmas!! Kitchen faucet and toilet seat need to be tightened up, but other than that, everything was Great and we were able to extend our stay by a day without any problem. Thank you!!"
