Virginia Beach’s restaurants, shops, craft breweries, and famous boardwalk are just a quick drive away, allowing you to enjoy the nightlife before retreating to the relaxing beauty of Sandbridge.

A convenient storage closet located in the parking garage is available for your use, stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more—no need to lug wet beach gear upstairs!

This second-floor condo is just steps from the water and features new luxury vinyl flooring installed in 2023. After a long day of bodysurfing in the ocean waves, retreat to one of the bedrooms, each decorated with a coastal theme and equipped with TVs, all new mattresses, and ample drawer and closet space. Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
