"Excellent place to stay when traveling with a little one. Staff were all friendly, cheerful and helpful. The hotel staff was able to grant my request to upgrade my bed size and provide a cot for my baby and do an early check-in. Fresh towels and bottled water free each day, we also had our room cleaned every day. Hotel location is very near the kiss wall, Gothic Quarters and Barcelona Cathedral. You can also walk to Paseo de Gracia. Excellent customer service!!! "

"Excellent and very courteous/professional staff ( from Javier in frontdesk and the rest of that team to Yolanda in our daily morning breakfast buffet and the rest of that team along with the excellent housekeeping staff ). This hotel is in the center of everything BUT it's tucked-in behind the major thoroughfare so it's surprisingly quiet and private away from the busy tourist foot traffic and pedestrians. There is no on-site gym BUT you get free access to a local premier gym ( Holmes Place )...
