"We had a fantastic time!!!!! Villa is amazing, there is everything one may need. The best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Great outside area, plenty of sunny and shady places. Great size pool. I gave location 4 stars …..very remote place with no amenities walking distance which is what we expected and was no problem for us just thought I might mention. But for us….we couldn’t fault anything. "

"Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). The house is very comfortable with well working AC units in every room, comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances that you’d need. The terrace and garden are very nice as well within the shades during most of the day, a really relaxing place! Last but not least, the host was very sweet and helpful...

Es ist alles da, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen: nette Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und vor allem die Terasse mit Blick zur Lagune und dem Meer. Es gibt eine Bar und 2 gute Restaurants gleich in der Nähe und ein kleiner Laden ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Der nahe Strand ist weitläufig und nach Norden hin herrlich naturbelassen. "The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....

" The apartment is spacious, functional and well-equipped, as shown in the pictures. the residence is quiet, and the pool is always clean and very pleasant. Thanks to Lina for the clear instructions before arrival and for her great responsiveness: we had a small problem with some kitchen utensils, which she was able to sort out within the day."

It was advertised to be in San Teodoro but it was 4km away from San Teodoro, in Straulas. "We already knew Posada and love the place and the environment and the house is as lovely as described. It is a little inconvenient to always look for a parking space. The mostly short walk did not really bother us, but with small children it is probably not really clever.
