"We had a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival and they spoke very good English. The food that we had in the in house restaurant was brilliant with loads of options and even recommendation. We received free little appetisers during our meal from the chef. The facilities were very broad inc swimming pool, gym, pool table, free reading material etc. The only negative I could possibly think of would be our door surround/frame was a little loose meaning it was noisier for us to close our door...

"Beautiful place but need improve. The gym area it is not for a 5 stars review. It looked completely abandoned. A few machines dated and the only one treadmill does not work. Disaster. The girl at front desk said that we can go to run on the street.. so unbelievable.. the food was not as expected and the breakfast as well .. so limited. Trust me I am from USA the 5 stars hotels comes with an incredible breakfast buffet, this one was cheap ! "

"Der Pool war völlig verdreckt und konnte für den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht genutzt werden. WLAN gab es erst am Tag 6 von 7, da wurde uns dann ein Router gebracht. Es gibt gerade mal 6 Wassergläser, keine Weingläser, im Schlafzimmer waren die Glühbirnen defekt. Der Grillkamin war einsturzgefährdet und mit vollen Mülltüten zugestellt. "We had a great stay here . The staff were lovely and friendly . The pool area is amazing . We went early June and it was reasonably quiet very peaceful and relaxing . When we arrived the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working . We told the manager the day we arrived and they had fit a new unit by the end of the next day 😎👍 . I would recommend a stay here "
