Enjoyed the afternoon sun while having a quiet read on the balcony. Relatively new construction with some handcrafted furniture by the owner. Well lit and cheerful with plenty of windows, a couch and coffee table, coffee maker fridge and microwave. Clean well appointed bathroom.
