"This is a magical place. The staff and owner made us feel like family. Every detail is perfection from the design of the rooms, to the public spaces which are inviting. The park-like grounds are stunning with many little seating areas to escape to. The daily breakfast is delicious and dinner in the restaurant is first rate. It is a quiet, peaceful place and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and would stay again if we can make it back to Punta del Este. "

"They were fully booked and they gave us special perks for moving rooms. And even let our grandparents stay in their room and making it work even if they didn’t have to. I really appreciate that care! They also found and returned my watch. Everything is wonderful. "

"Very nice overall, conveniently located, close to a main mall and walking distance to playa mansa and other interesting places. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Bathroom needs some updates. Bed were comfortable. Staff always kind and helpful."
