" I booked the day before. After locating the property from a back alley. Standing at the 3rd floor doorway, there was only a locked door and a qr code to scan. No staff, no reception, nothing. A staff member happened to arrive and unlocked the door but refused me entry. It was about 12:30 and she communicated 3pm check in. I tried to convey that my phone could not access the qr link and asked if i could leave my 50 kilos of baggage. I was told no, which is very unusual. I returned at 3 pm...

Additionally, the code they send you to initaite the self check-in process was not working. When you attempt to call the property no one answers your call claiming that their operating the front desk from 9 to 4pm. "absolutely loved our stay here! We felt really welcomed and the room was clean and spacious! Location wise, it was very convenient to everything we needed- shopping, dining etc. There was also a lift from ground floor to the rooms which definitely made it way easier for our luggages. Highly recommend!! "

A little off the beaten path but only about a 10-min (at most) walk to the center of Sorrento -- and as a result much less expensive than the properties right in town. My room was fabulous: spacious, clean, comfy, with a small balcony."
