"The start of my stay was very upsetting with a rude security guard who is obsessed with reverse parking. I could speak a reasonable amount of Spanish but my parents can not - he was so mean and angry they did not understand - I was translating to ensure they parked in a way he was happy with. "The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!"

"I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!"
