"The property was in a great location in Condesa. Super walkable to nearby restaurants and parks. Great place for a homebase in CDMX. Third Floor has elements without a ceiling so there can be some dustier areas in the home. Some mosquitos on the third floor. "

"Really nice house, well equipped in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood close to many things to do. Large bedrooms and bathrooms."

"10 of us stayed at the house and it was great. Super fast communication with the management company and the cleaners did a great job prepping it. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had an awesome time at this property. The property is walking distance to both La Condesa and La Roma Norte. Also, its great for large groups as everyone gets their own bedroom and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Highly recommend using the property's concierge service they offer. "

"The property itself is majestic and located in an absolutely beautiful area of the city. It is very safe and secure. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time on the two terraces. I highly recommend staying at this property!"

"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. I sent several messages to cancel these...

"My family and I stayed at the property while we were in CDMX for a wedding. We loved the home in terms of livability and character. The daily housekeeping was a treat and the location cannot be any better. I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling with a group. It's also worth noting the super easy and fast communication -- all of our questions were answered within minutes."

"We enjoyed the spacious, safe and convenient location of the property. The metro, street food, restauarnts, grocery stores, street markets are within walking distance. The property has an elevator and friendly security team. Recommended for short and long stays."
