"Had a lovely stay in the hotel. The only complaint we had was the food in the restaurant was cold. Dinner started at 8pm and we sat down at 8.15 and all the hot food on display was stone cold and it was the same at breakfast the next morning. "

"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"Lovely receptionist room was ready early so could get in at 11am instead of 3 which was great, lively and clean room abit dated but fine for the price brill location comfy beds complimentary water on arrival"
