"The whole building is amazing. For check-in, stand in front of the Starbucks, there is an elevator near the escalators, with a waterfall/fountain behind it. Take this elevator to floor 3 to check-in. There are many other sets of elevators but only this elevator will allow check in. Full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, loft style room was phenomenal. "We love the hotel and all the amenities. It’s perfect for families and the service staff is top notch. We ended up extending our stay for another day and they were so easy to accommodate us to a different room since our current room was already booked for the next day. It was very closed to the Arco and to different restaurants and stores. We are looking forward to stay here again in the near future. "

Just right for Antigua

"Folks at the front desk were exceptional in service and friendliness. Landry service was also excellent. A bit noisy with the bell outside and restaurant adjacent to rooms. However, I’ve needed earplugs for most of my trip in Guatemala. Great location with good restaurants right across the street. And La Tortilla cooking school is close by."

"My kids and I arrived late in the evening to the hotel yet the staff was aware and waiting for us. The staff were soooooo nice and friendly, always helpful and so respectful the entire duration of our stay (6 nights). It's a beautiful hotel, 10-15 minutes walking distance to Antigua center (depending on your pace). Right on the corner there is an amazing sourdough bakery, so every day on the way out or back to the hotel, we would stop by and get croissant or breakfast and OMG their pizza was great. The hotel rooms were super clean. There is a safe in the room, which was great since I could leave our valuables in there. The shower/water is tricky to get the right temperature as it gets hot and cold, but it is not a big issue. The hotel lobby was very cute and I would sit out there in the afternoons, when taking a midday break at the hotel. I needed laundry to be done and for US$8, I was able to hand over a bag full of dirty clothes and it was in my room the next afternoon, all folded too. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely go back there next time I go to Antigua."
