"I liked this place because it felt relatively safe. Its located within a gated community so theres a little more sense of security, however, its backyard is a dark forested area. Ive stayed at places within the same community that felt a little lore comfortable. Theres not much staff on hand and no food options in the area, so bring some snacks in case you get hungry. Theres a water dispenser to fill water bottles in the kitchen but thats about it. I also didn't like that i didn't have a key to...

"Its very inconvenient having the restroom outside the room, and sharing with others with out cleaning. Their is no room for parking the vehicle. No TV in the room No mirror in the room. The same towels for the 5 days. Washer and dryer we had to pay extra to used. The room hade a leak. They never answered the phone… My review is not a critique its for Casa Quetzalli offers better service in the future… "

"The four bed room house was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, most of all the view of the mountains and lake are a wonder to wake up to in the morning. Downside is a boat is the only why to reach it, do not follow the GPS up the mountain, stop at the pier. The stairs up from the dock up to the house are in water and will move with the waves, the dock will move too. "
