"This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. They finally admitted they close air conditioning in September so we only had ventilation. It was not fun trying to sleep even with windows open. They also have a giant jacuzzi for the shower. Walking distance to the train station (15-20 depending on if you have luggage). 3 BR, but the small 3rd BR is down a narrow set of stairs and it’s significantly colder there than in the other parts of the apartment. "So many great things about this property including a very energetic and helpful property manager. Bedrooms are very spacious, and although the living/kitchen area is very small (as others have mentioned), it has everything you would need. Two small suggestions - the chairs around the kitchen table are very uncomfortable, and shelves to hold toiletries would be very helpful in the bathrooms since although they are very nice and modern, they are very small.Highly recommend this property!!."
