"Looks like flat re-done into the guest house. 1. When arrived, could not enter the hotel - no one was there. Had to wait until receptionist will come to the hotel. Seems like they have 2 receptionist for 4 hotels, moving from one place to another. 2. Kitchen & "Office for reception" is one and the same place. 3. Dirty, with layers of dust in some places. 4. "This is a beautiful and luxurious property which was a real pleasure to stay in. Impeccably clean, an easy walk from the town centre and the train station, friendly and helpful staff and owner, and a good option if you are travelling alone and want somewhere safe to stay. I can only recommend and hope I have an excuse to come back to Treviso as I wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else. "

"A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

"The Expedia ad for this property was completely misleading. It fully lacked mentioning that this was a shared unit with multiple other guests. I booked this thinking that we would have the apartment to ourselves, but there were other guests there. It was very similar to a hostel, even though it was not listed as such. Furthermore, the building is completely under external construction, and it is very noisy in the early mornings. The bathroom facilities were very old and the shower was leaky...

"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well.
