"I got really lost finding the right bus and Giacomo was really helpful and eventually came to pick me up in his car, which was fabulous as I was tired and with a big bag. The house is a lovely old house and the room was clean and perfect with an ensuite. Giacomo gave me information about where to go to eat and I went to Leo’s nearby where they cut slices of pizza at whatever size you like which is a great idea. "It was kind of hard to find initially. There is no parking close by, but that is pretty typical for most places in Italy. The owner was friendly and helpful. The stay was nice and clean. Cute place overall. I would definitely return and recommend to others. Lucca historical center is a very quaint place to stay. I enjoyed my visit! "

"The location of this property is amazing, although a little difficult to find if you're using Google Maps. As its on the opposite side and end of the lane than shown. My host for the stay, Franca, has been lovely and offered some great suggestions of things to see/do on arrival. The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated, however I found the bedding and pillows particularly uncomfortable. Also, the rooms are not soundproof at all, which is understandable given the age of the building....

"A charming B&B settled outside of Lucca (~20 minutes), but with easy access to visiting many different areas. We rented a car from the airport (~1hr & 20mins) and I highly recommend it so you can move around with ease and visit different areas even go to the coast. The tolls are fantastic and fast. "Nice clean room, en suite, with tea and coffee-making facilities. Only a velux window though, so no views. Bathroom nice enough, if a little cramped. Reasonable breakfast with excellent coffee. Very friendly staff. Convenient for both the train station and the tower."

"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we are in town. Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Situated almost perfectly center between the tower and the airport. It sits beside a nice piazza, right by the train station and at the end of a wonderful shopping street with the best of international and local shopping options. Dining options are less plentiful but within 1km walk, you so many great options. "
