"The best hotel in Mexico City by far. Only 5 stories tall with gardens you can hear birds all day and don't feel you are in a large city. Service far exceeds the service of all 5-star hotels in the city and I have stayed in all of them."

"To start with had a bad taste in my mouth at the beginning. I was outside the main door with my suitcases. No one came to help me. Thy could see me from the inside. Finally I’ve call reception and asked for help. Next day the waiter keep repeating the wrong room number at the restaurant. He brought me the bill with the wrong number. When I’ve corrected him, he blame on me and never came back to see if I was doing ok. Overall was an ok experience, but I wouldn’t give more than 3.5 stars. The...
