"Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. "We were in Saltillo for a family funeral, at the time I booked it for it’s convenient location. We had no idea it was such a nice place til we arrived, at midnight. Really really attractive property and even though we only spent the night and left right after breakfast, I could see it was well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great.
