"The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. "The hotel is clean, the front desk is nice, the cleaning staff is nice. The casino is big and clean. We have gone to red sky grill twice to give them a chance and every time we go we get terrible service. The waitresses are horrible, they have and attitude and it’s just terrible we will never give them a chance again. They have no idea about customer service.
