Really old sheets and towels, insects throughout the room, hairs as well. The carpet is really old and stained, the restaurant’s food was very plain and tasteless.

I have stayed here many times, and the last 2 have not been what it was before. I travel a lot for work and expect things to not always go smoothly. This trip just had some issues that would be easily resolved. I had to request towels, my toilet did not work and needed to get fixed, and the Wifi was not able to connect. Even with management helping me. I will unfortunately be looking at other hotels for my next stay in Saltillo in a couple of weeks.

En recepción nos recibió una señorita que no era capaz de escribir mi apellido después de deletrearlo más de 3 veces. No fue amable, en vez de dirigirse a mi continuaba su conversación con sus compañeras, no contestaba mis preguntas, sentirse ignorado no es algo que yo espere en ningún lugar que ofrece servicios. 2Tuvo que acudir una compañera a ayudar y ella SI fue muy amable. Los pasillos con alfombra huelen muy mal. Se ven muy sucias con muchas manchas. La habitación en general cumplidora para pasar la noche. Me he quedado en varios de la cadena y debo decir que es de los peores en cuanto a instalaciones y limpieza.
