"When we arrived the code we received did not work, we had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to figure out a code with the after hours help line. "While the property is peaceful and quiet, just minutes away there are so many fun, interesting things to do. We’ve stayed on several of the San Juan Islands, but San Juan Island itself is much more slow paced than most. The house has a beautiful, tranquil view, and the bed is extremely comfortable (and I am picky). "Some windows did not lock & heaters were hidden n in a closet. No instructions for TV & VACSA never responded to emails! You are truly on your own! Beware of hidden costs like the hot tub that I did not use & had VACASA remove from bill"
