"This place is so special. So well stocked, maintained and clean. Perfect for families as well as a group of friends. The location is right by shops and restaurants (walking distance if you don’t mind the small hill back up.) We loved it and will go back! "

"It was quiet and beautiful. The cabin is definitely rustic, although has all the amenities you want, (wifi, dishwasher, etc.) There is a gorgeous nature preserve close by, and I took walks and did an enormous jigsaw puzzle while feeling like I was in a treehouse. "

"Cabin had beautiful views and great location for getting to lovely drives and nice trails to explore. House set up nicely for two couples with private and shared space. Kitchen needed better pans and hot tub was of no use. Needs some shelter."

"Our VRBO rental on Lopez Island was a very relaxing place. It was easy to find, The property was in a beautiful secluded spot on the island. Most evenings we drove / hiked to Shark Reef Sanctuary to watch the sunset. 50 years ago I first visited the San Juan Islands, and I hoped someday I would return. "Absolutely loved my stay here. I was looking for a nice place to escape from everything and this was perfect! Beautiful views of the deck, and on the beach, and even driving to the house. Super clean and simply, yet perfectly decorated. Stocked with anything you could need. Very responsive and helpful hosts, and clear directions listed. I would strongly recommend visiting this beautiful, quaint island and staying at the Huckleberry!"

"Three nights was not enough time to enjoy all the features of this home, but we did our best! Hot tub, movie room, pub room with pool table, dart board, karaoke machine, player piano, lovely deck with water view, giant outdoor chess, kitchen with every appliance known to man (and some I had never heard of) …the list goes on. Plenty of sleeping spaces for a large party. Outdoor teepee is fun but a bit damp and moldy in rainy season. Would love to come back and stay for longer."

"This property was amazing. It was clean, updated, and in a beautiful location where you can see the ocean through the trees. The hosts provided a lot of great information about the island. We saw some deer grazing one morning which was awesome. We were vacationing in the PNW for 2 weeks and we both said we wished we had spent more of our vacation on Orcas in this great place. "When we arrived the code we received did not work, we had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to figure out a code with the after hours help line. For what it’s worth, the help line was super friendly and did everything in their power to help. When we got in all the art work was missing off the walls. The nails and hooks were all still there, and even dust from where the frames use to hang, but no art (very weird). There was also promise of Duraflame logs (required) for...

"Quaint cottage with an amazing view and a beautiful yard. The island was very charming and we enjoyed the ferry rides, especially the three and five year old. Would definitely rebook."
