"This is our fifth stay at the cabin, which I think speaks for itself. We love this property. Hot tub is welcoming, kitchen is equipped for some cooking, and the towel warmers and heated floors in the bathroom are so nice this time of year. Perfect weekend watching bald eagles fly by from the hot tub, watching movies, reading while listening to the rain and venturing into the village. "

"This home is built to drink in the view. The water comes up right to the edge of the property. You can walk the beach when the tide is out. The queen bed was very comfortable and that is always highly valued. We were disappointed that the couch was not very comfy, bottom cushions keep slipping forward on you. It would be nice to have an ottoman so you could sit back, put your feet up and enjoy the view. It’s important to note the stove/oven combo is not full size, which is fine if you are not...

"The property was EXACTLY as Grant (the host) described it and Grant was EXACTLY as prior guests described him. He is a kind and generous host, and we loved our stay. The cabin was cozy and when it rained at night, the sounds of the rain hitting the tin roof allowed us to drift into a deep and relaxing sleep."

"The main bed is in the loft and the steep angle of the roof makes getting into bed an adventure as we are over 70. Cabin was ok but a few cobwebs and some dog hair on loft floor."

"The property was lovely, and access to the beach from the backyard... priceless. Loved the ability to bring our pup along for the weekend. Great views and beautiful sunsets. A few things could use a little TLC, and the listing updated to reflect. Also a note that the septic system has a bit of an offputting sulfur smell, but totally appreciated the hot/cold water filter provided. "

"Took my mom for a getaway trip for the two of us and the cabin was the perfect place to rest and relax. Beautiful interior, wonderful amenities, comfortable and cozy features, and access to stellar views. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come again in the future. "

"When we arrived the code we received did not work, we had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to figure out a code with the after hours help line. For what it’s worth, the help line was super friendly and did everything in their power to help. When we got in all the art work was missing off the walls. The nails and hooks were all still there, and even dust from where the frames use to hang, but no art (very weird). There was also promise of Duraflame logs (required) for...

"Three nights was not enough time to enjoy all the features of this home, but we did our best! Hot tub, movie room, pub room with pool table, dart board, karaoke machine, player piano, lovely deck with water view, giant outdoor chess, kitchen with every appliance known to man (and some I had never heard of) …the list goes on. Plenty of sleeping spaces for a large party. Outdoor teepee is fun but a bit damp and moldy in rainy season. Would love to come back and stay for longer."

It was easy to find from the ferry, very conveniently located near downtown Eastsound and all of the restaurants and shops, and extremely well outfitted. "We both really liked this hotel . We went there for our 19th anniversary celibration and thouroly enjoyed our stay. Its so refreshing to stay at a hotel that advertises a hot tub that acctually works and isnt in a state of renovation..We travel up and down the west coast frequently and so many hotels show pool/hot tub in their adds but so often they arent available..very disappointing as we choose a place based on this being available..often paying a higher per night fee. This hotel is older but very well maintained and has a very helpfull and cheerfull staff. So many hotels have been bought by investors that wring every once of use out of their facilities before updating (pictures online must have been taken years before-sort of like on line dating lol) We will be going back there for sure."
