"Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. But that is the only thing to recommend about it. The housekeeping staff appreciates tips and cleaned our room well after leaving 50 pesos."

"I would like to give this hotel a wonderful review. It is an amazing hotel but needs many improvements. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. I walked around for 6-8 minutes before someone arrived. They didn't seem to be expecting us. Our room, a suite, was not prepared. It was dirty and had dirty dishes in the sink. The hotel really is an amazing place and the staff was friendly."
