"What a great little place to stay. The hotel manager and co manager were both so kind. They went up and above customer service. I'll definitely be back. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. 4 minutes to the store. A little of the tourist area which was great. "

"Very aggressive time share push since you first enter. Hotel is nice for loreto but very far from town. Everything is overpriced and food and drinks are just ok but overpriced. Food tasted bland .Drinks not great and cheap alcohol They aggressively hound you until you agree to timeshare presentation. I did not agree so i had to pay full price for everything and staff was obviously informed that we were not doing timeshare presentation so higher up staff was rude and very dismissive to us...

"Reservations mean nothing to this hotel. I booked two rooms well in advance for the 2024 Mexican 1000 race so that my team would have a place to crash before the next day of racing. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and we're told that they had already given away our rooms. Clearly, someone had shown up before us and waved cash in their faces. He gave me great suggestions and tips about his property as well as about Loreto in general. We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa del Palmar Loreto. The resorts is as described, great service, and very clean. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. I would 100% recommend to book with Chris. "Property is located conveniently near shoreline, attractions, and restaurants. Property has only stair entrance and no elevator so be mindful if you're traveling with luggage or have mobility issues. Thermostat in shower provides lukewarm or icy water flow. Beds were comfy. Staff were attentive and respectful of guest during quiet hours. However, I did have issues with my rooms door lock. There's a self-service station in the lobby for coffee or tea. "
