"We enjoyed our stay at Jim's house. Easy check in. It has a nice layout for cooking, dining, and gathering as a family in the first room. The bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry are off a central courtyard. The king beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. The twins are better for young kids than adult kids as bigger kids can feel the bed springs.We did have an issue with not enough drinking water being provided. There was 1 jug when we arrived and communication with the property manager...

"We spent 9 days in FN209 and it was superb. The booking process was easy and efficient (responses to questions handled quickly and professionally). Check in accommodated our travel schedule with ease. The home was amazing (super clean, lots of space, great lay out with a good combo of indoor and outdoor living space, all services, excellent furnishings, well equipped, included bikes, very close to beach and pool). While there, anything we needed (such as fresh water) was managed within minutes....

"The house is very beautiful and clean in a great location just steps away from the town square. The pizza oven was so nice to have in the outside kitchen pool area. We found a card for a massage therapist to come to the house and turned the casita into a day spa for our group of 6, she was amazing. Communication was outstanding with our questions prior and during our stay.we will be coming back again!"

"We have stayed at 7 properties in the neighborhood. It is as advertised. There were problems with water and plumbing on 2 days but they were rectified. The house has everthing one needs. The big thing for me is that I thought it needs better lighting. I like to read in the evening and there are no lamps to provide enough light. And it needs a std size coffee pot. Good location."

The Loreto Bay community is a master-planned development, about 20 years old, and is an easy 10-15 minute drive south of the airport and Loreto town. "The only issues I had was the primary bedroom with the reversible TV had a terrible older spring mattress so we stayed in the other bedroom as it had a great mattress, however it had no accessible plug in outlets for cpap or charging so we needed an extension cord. The host was very accommodating when we requested a toaster and a kettle.There could have been better pots or even lids for the pots. Overall very good"
