"Great value for central Rome. Room is clean, quiet and very comfortable. Stayed in a triple and only comment is that there aren’t enough drawers for 3 but otherwise ample closet space. Easy access to many bus lines and metro. Excellent continental breakfast. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to returning. "

"The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay Maria! We booked a family room, which was large, clean and comfortable with a great shower. Perfect location, we prefer to be just outside the busy areas, and the guesthouse was within easy walk to the sights, shops and restaurants of the city. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
