"We booked a premium suite for six peoples, 2 queens and a queen futon sofa bed. Compact little cabin is good for a night. The location is 1.5 miles away to the main check in suites, dining and ski park. The staffs are friendly. However I found no tissue paper in the bathroom, no extra blanket and pillows for the futon beds. The bed mattress not bad but the frame is wobbling. "The property’s location is terrible. Directly across the street is a vendor that plays music waaay too loud for 6am. The music blasted all day and competed with the coffee shop’s music. Add the go kart noise and you get a constant barrage of sound that is far from peaceful. The pond was nice and the room was just ok. Will pick a property farther away from main st next time."

"My daughter and I arrive late on Friday, which I had emailed the property to inform them of a late arrival and asked if that would be a problem, no response. The key code that they gave me did not work! After an hour or so, help from other attendees and many messages and phone calls later we finally got into our room! The bathroom was tiny, the sink was just ridiculous, the shower was a nice size but no hot water! The ice box was frozen and had mold growing. Loved the days we spent in Red River....

There are so many interesting details about this home; the owner engages with her guests and is happy to discuss the home's construction and history. The short walk to the Rio Grand is not difficult and has places to take photos and read a book. We left feeling sad our time was over and already miss the views from the bedroom.
