"100 m from the train station plenty of places to eat around close to the shelving area and other attractions walking distance to mostly everywhere, contactless access, although they are available on WhatsApp at any time. Mercedes, the cleaning girl was wonderful very helpful and very thorough when explaining things to do and where to go Joaquin on the other hand was very attentive and helpful. I will stay here again."

"We had a very enjoyable week at this small hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, from the reception to the cleaner. It is a five minute walk to the wonderful Sardinero Beach, and buses run frequently to the city centre."

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. "We were refused the entry to the hotel. We reached hotel at 11pm. Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking. The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch. The only thing he kept saying is ‘do not speak English’. I even found a translator from street but the guy would not answer my calls. I think guy need to taught how to...

"The greatest asset is the staff. They were endlessly helpful to me in working out all sorts of issues, especially about train travel in Spain. One negative for me: the sharply sloping ceilings in my room are hazardous to a tall person. I hit my head hard several times during my stay. Next time I would like a different style of room if they are available. "

"3 star rating with an excellent standard room with nice little additions. No fuss but simple tasty food. Our breakfast had a great selection of help yourself bits, so as much as you like:) Roberto was more than helpful with instructions on how to use coffee machine and toaster. Just one of those, anything to help guys."
