"I rented the 420 house for my sister's birthday trip to Thailand. The house itself is amazing. The pictures are spot on. The townhouse has a nice gated entry where you could park a car or a few scooters. There is also an upstairs patio with beautiful views. Which is also where I noticed there was a washer there as well. "Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived."
