"I rented the 420 house for my sister's birthday trip to Thailand. The house itself is amazing. The pictures are spot on. The townhouse has a nice gated entry where you could park a car or a few scooters. There is also an upstairs patio with beautiful views. Which is also where I noticed there was a washer there as well. "Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived."

"To start, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. They sent me all the information needed ahead of time to self check into their house. As well as continuous correspondence on how our stay was going and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Their place is described accurately on VRBO.
