"The property is great. Plenty of amenities and a large yard great for kids or friends looking to play lawn sports or run around. The pool is nice and a great way to spend the day. All of the bathrooms are clean and plenty of towels are available. The location is a little outside of the city along a dirt road. It’s about 20- 25 minutes into Lisbon with no traffic, 35-40 minutes with traffic. There are plenty of Ubers available though (wait 5-10 minutes). Candidly it’s an excellent spot if...

"The manager, Vera, is superb. She was able to set up boat rides, Fado evening, restaurants, and a fabulous wine tasting, and was always helpful and wonderful. The pool is super, the house could use window screens and fans in every room, and the owner should make sure all closets are empty. The wine from the estate is fantastic."

The area is quiet and suburban but within 10 minute drive of lovely Atlantic beach with nice restaurants. You can get a taxi into Lisbon for not much more than €20. "We (5 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this villa, with the outdoor swimming pool and also the pool table particularly enjoyable. The house was equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay and there were supermarkets within a 10 minute's drive. Vasco was a great host and available whenever we had any questions. I thoroughly recommend this villa for a stay in this beautiful part of Portugal."

"My family and I had a great time at this house. The host met us on arrival to show us around and were contactable during throughout our stay if we required any assistance. The garden and pool were great fun, we have children ranging from 7-15 and they all found something they could do. We hired a car, but very easy to get around by taxi using uber.
