"We found this hotel to be excellent in every way. Modern, clean, very nice staff, excellent service. They provided a complementary bottle of prosecco, which was a nice touch. Our room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The hotel lobby looks very sleek and classy. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was fantastic, the server was very professional. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting. The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent. The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered.
