"Since the first night, the air conditioning system was broken so when we turned it on it started leaking. There was a lot of water on the floor after only short use. The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. He asked us to pay €350 and then €400. He called the Expedia agent in Italia through phone so I told to him that I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because the...

"Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week. "

"Il trullo è molto bello e nel centro di alberobello. Tutte le attrazioni si visitano a piedi e la massima distanza è il trullo sovrano a 10 minuti a piedi. La stanza aveva anche un giardino interno molto carino che da sul panorama. La colazione accettabile con possibilità di dolce e salato. Il signore al check in è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito diverse informazioni su dove mangiare e sui musei. Unico punto negativo: la tassa di soggiornio deve essere pagata cash e non con carta.
