"We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms, beds, space, and property are much smaller than portrayed in photos. The photos during booking give a sense of space and common areas like a roof top lounge; however, once you get there you realize it’s more like an apartment and you only have access to your small unit. "I like the location of the facility, however the bathroom and shower is pretty bad and smelly. "

"Check in was difficult as the gentleman barely spoke English and instead of checking us in advised us incorrectly to go out of the grounds and come back out. Room wasn’t as descripted (we didn’t get a private balcony). Room wasn’t cleaned whilst we stayed, room was a bit filthy. It was unbelievably hot with only one fan. The big light in the room did not switch off. "

"We love our stay from nov 23 to 28 2023, they clean our room everyday, they provided daily water, coffee and tea. Bed are so comfy.. location are so near to 711, streetfoods and local restaurant espacially to pratunam clothes vendors!!! We will definitely be back in Amber Inn"
