"Staff was so kind and friendly. I traveled with an elderly. They always showed their kindness and went beyond their expectations to help me with my elderly accommodations. I appreciate the “luggage” team who offered to help me wheel my elderly from the entrance to the room. Buffet breakfasts had various items and different food everyday. The location was convenient for travel to the attractions. I only used the Grab car and taxi because of the elderly. It was hard to catch a Grab car in Chinatown bcz of traffic. On the last day, one of the taxi drivers offered to drive us around for the whole 8 hours for 1500 B. That was lovely!"

"As described good hotel, generally the staff were nice apart from the man taking the suitcases for hold before leaving, he was very rude. Apart from that happy days would recommend. "

"Our first time to the hotel and there is complimentary Tuk Tuk shuttle service from lobby. Hotel staff are helpful and knowledge for recommendation of shopping and other travel matter. Hotel facilities are clean and well maintained! "

"Overall it is an amazing room and hotel, but I did expect the elevators to be faster…it is an extremely long wait whether you stay on the lower floors or the State Tower more expensive rooms. Please also include clear events and times on a sheet in the room, a lot of us don’t know to check the website. Especially older people like my parents. "

"Great staff, great location. Thank you for the upgrade to a wonderful room! Only thing confusing me is the ad talks about pool bar etc, but does not mention no alcohol. Not a big deal but odd for Bangkok. Also,thank you for the free minibar! ( also alcohol free)"
