"The property is away from the noise and busy highway which we love but we did not like all of the repairs needed on the property. The front door did not work and we had to keep going back to the front desk instead of them giving us a new room we were told to wait for maintenance. Also there was a leak in the bathroom so water was all over the floor and we had to keep cleaning it up."

"This was a very clean and well decorated hotel. Every aspect seemed top notch. The extra amenities in the room were super: hair dryer, safe, large TV, great tile in the bathroom -wall and floor. Great stay at a reasonable price. Loved the decorative aquarium in the dining area. "

"The property location is in a area thats tranquil and isolated. The amenities cover all ages. I did not like that I prepaid and arrived late in the afternoon and had to wait for the room to be finalized. When you leave checkout is at 10 A:M . Check-in should be starting at 12 P:M. Two clock should be the maximum time to check-in."

"We chose this property for it's good value and proximity to the Jamestown Settlement. When we arrived we weren't expecting the hotel to be so nice and it appears it's being renovated. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Another pleasant surprise is that this Wyndam accepts pets. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay when we visit Williamsburg."

"The location is perfect for exploring Colonial Williamsburg. We walked with no problem, but there is also a free bus service if you need it. The surrounding area is quiet, but the rooms are NOT soundproofed at all. We were saying God bless you when the people next door sneezed. The food was decent, but not spectacular, and very overpriced (expected for hotel dining). Front desk staff were great!"

"We like most everything but the train running at late hours of the night and can be heard inside your unit very clearly. Also can hear next door neighbors very clearly laughing and conversating but they did quiet down by 10pm"
