"Avoid this place! Rooms were dirty there was mould all over the bathroom couple of weed smokers were in other rooms and it smelled disgusting we didn’t even spend more than 20 minutes there and they didn’t give a refund. "

"What a stunning house! Tasteful and elegant decor throughout with homely features. Adele is the perfect host; attentive yet not overbearing and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and couldn’t be faulted. The room was spotless with plenty of refreshments and little treats left for us to enjoy. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it. A true gem in the heart if God’s own County. Thank you Adele for a truly memorable weekend. Jan & Roy Wacker"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"This property is very run down and dangerous Inside of the property were people who were clearly there because they were homeless and had no where else to go . Above the toilet is the houses combi boiler which is dangerous. No television in the room, building work going on inside of the property and the WiFi code that does not work . So to summarise this really isn’t accommodation for people wanting travel accommodation but a place where homeless people are given temporary accommodation. ...

"One of our colleagues was looking for an apartment in central Beverley for about a month. He really enjoyed his stay, as he had all the home-comforts and the location was right in the heart of Beverley."

"This property is good for a weekend or midweek stay for two but I would not recommend for a family, unless they wish to use it as a hotel and go out for the day. It is fully equipped with kitchen cookware but there is very little room to prepare a meal. Our stay was pleasant and the beds very comfortable but the bathroom is very small, there is little room for toiletries and the shower spray leaks water.
