"Comfortable, fairly spacious and warm. Plenty of tea and coffee. Asked for a quiet room and got one in an annexe. Room thermostat and windows. Didn't have any food so can't comment, but the menu looked good for both breakfast and evening meal and not expensive. Lots of parking. Wasnt difficult to find, but you really need a vehicle to get to it. Overall excellent value and a good sleep."

"We took our little boy for an over night stay and the illuminations and we all loved it. The resort view was great, the illuminations looked great at night from the room. The onsite amenities like the soft play and super child friendly resteraunt were great. We loved the everything about it and have already booked to come back at Christmas this year. "

"This was the fantastic hotel in every way. We paid £120 for upgrade room with big size and queen bed. Everything was fantastic. Room clean, friendly staff, breakfast was brilliant. Shower was absolutely superb was proper pressure and check out time of 11am useful as 10am check out can be a major disappointment. Great sized room, nice garden, on a bus route to town or easy to use with Uber taxi etc. Plenty of teas and coffees, room with bonus amenities and television available. The bed was a happy queen bed with the clean sheets and many towels provided. Hotel staffed 24 hours and staff are the happy and can help with queries A lovely lounge room can be used to relax with no electronics to ruin the relax time. A good bar is available and restaurant is well stocked with very prompt staff. Met some other guests who were happy with the hotel. I wouldn't change a thing about this hotel and would gladly come back again and recommend to everyone. Thank you to friends at the pavilion hotel. "

"Just booked a 'Twixtmas' break for my wife and I at the IBIS to recover from the 'demands' of Christmas. Three nights in the IBIS was very good with everything you could want from a budget hotel. Bed was comfy, no noise, good room service convenient for shops and pubs. After various cash back deals the 3 nights cost about £100 which was excellent value. Will be returning in the future."

"This is the second time to have stayed at this hotel. Bizarrely enough the last time I wasn't disabled 😁 This time sadly I am. However it didn't spoil the trip. Staff were great, room was clean and presentable. I didn't attempt the shower as the last time I tried a shower in my current style of spasticity I hit the floor. However I'm sure it would suit someone who is used to their disability... Food was lovely, but pricey but still good food. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!"
