"Very poor staff and services. Rooms are small, with poor quality amenities, dirty towels, and stained and dirty bedsheets. Breakfast was below average with equally poor service by the staff. Not at all a 4-star hotel. Not recommended. "

"Good value for money, nothing much in the neighborhood, but location is good if you have to go to Eco Park Exhibition Centre . But hotel is very difficult to find for Taxis, no identification outside, looks like private house."

"LaLiT is a historic building, near the colonial seat of power when Calcutta was the capital of the British Raj. The traffic around the hotel is chaotic, not to mention crowded. But the staff were wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and will stay there again when we are next in Kolkata."
