Very professional and good staff. Rooms were spacious, very clean and very well designed. Restrooms were also spacious. Hot water from in the shower always. The cleaning crew was amazing. Pinki created art with towels for us on the bed. Sees restaurant was really good service and so was the breakfast. The hotel felt spacious and just pleasant.

I will be back!
If you decide to travel to Kolkata as a tourist, I can't imagine a better place to stay than Hyatt Centric if you (like me) like to have a solid breakfast, very service minded employees and be able to relax after a day in busy Kolkata. Location is fairly close to many attractions.

The hotel itself is excellent with nice amenities, nice fixtures, super clean and friendly staff. There are three restaurants inside the hotel that are also top-notch. My only complaints were on the first night, we had to request water more than four times before we were given water in room service. And despite having a smart TV in our room, it did not come with the remote and we had to request it after the fact.

Excellent location. We stayed there during Durga puja time so that we can walk to diff pandal in the vicinity. It is also at the heart of Gariahat area so you can walk to many shopping area. Hotel room was little smaller compared to other Hyatt hotel and if you have car, parking will be little difficult. But you can get all other types of transport (taxi, auto etc) very easily. The room was clean and stuff were courteous. Breakfast was ok, did not do lunch/dinner this time as we roamed around.

Checked in at 2.30am staff were welcoming & helped with our luggage. Went for breakfast in the morning again the staff attended to all our needs. There was an a great deal to choose from the various breakfast bars cooked & continental & fresh fruit.The staff & managers continued to check to make sure we were ok. In the evening we went for a meal a few times again the staff were very approachable & guided us through the menu. The bedroom was kept immaculate at all times. Throughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you to all the staff & managers for looking after us.

Room + bathroom condition was good Breakfast service is not at all on par for a 5* hotel that is charging Rs 10,000 + per night! The staff run round you like laser beams to take your food orders but it's not guaranteed that you will receive it in good time. Waited 20 mins for my food order at around 8.30am when the dining area was pretty empty, it still wasn't ready and I had to cancel the order as I had to catch my taxi. I asked for it not to be delivered to my room and 5 mins later, the waiter still brings it too my room! So they don't pay attention to small details. Additionally, if you want a decent Omelette or Masala Dhosa, then it is best that you observe the chef making your order otherwise they will be stingy with the toppings. With the price per night being charged they could consider hiring more chefs for the breakfast service. To all the breakfast dining staff and Chefs, I recommend going to other equivalent 5* hotels in the city , eating breakfast in the hotel and emulate their customer service.

Tolles Hotel, allerdings gab es in der Rooftopbar eine Party mit lauter Musik bis 2h nachts. Erst nach einer Beschwerde wurde die Musik abgestellt. In einem Hotel schlafen Menschen!! Wenn sie Veranstaltungen machen wollen, dann bitte so, dass die Nachtruhe nicht gestört wird.
