"The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. There are restaurants, shopping stores, and tour agencies all within walking distance. Also the bus stop to the airport is a 4 minute walk. I would come back to this...

"Beautiful location on a lake! Rooms were ok but the walls are paper-thin and we were kept up until after 11.30pm by noisy neighbours. Also the email we received on the day was only in Finnish and the translation via google was not perfect so it took us ages to figure out which room was ours and how to use the code to get in - in the cold and rain!"

"We were unfortunate to visit Finland in an uncommon heat wave, which the hotel (and most finnish hotels as well) was not prepared to. Kylpyhuoneesta puuttui lattiapyyhe, jotta olisi saanut jalat kuivaksi suihkun jälkeen ja pyyhkeiden naulakot epäloogisessa paikassa siuhkun kannalta, mutta yhden yön pikavisiitillä nekään eivät suurta harmia tuottaneet.
