The hotel is well maintained and comfortable The main plaza in Salento can be a bit loud at nighttime, and this hotel is just far enough to offer a quiet evening and relaxing sleep. With just a 5 mins block to all the good spots in the town Staff was helpful and always available to help us during the stay Recommended"

"Beautiful views from common areas and the rooms with balconies and hot tubs. Comfortable beds and Acapulco chairs. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful and attentive staff. Bring hiking poles for steep hills to/from town, or download Didi app for calling cabs. Close to great restaurants. Highly recommended."

"Pros: - fabulous ambiance, there is a very positive vibes with this hotel (and town), cute colors and decorations. - Breakfast: served on balcony overlooking beautiful mountains, - Staff: very friendly and helpful - location: very good, walkable to central areas, on path to coffee farms - room: clean - View: window overlooking the mountains. Cons: - Room: cold at night, and no heating system. They ran out of blankets, too. - Bed: was uncomfortable, too soft and worn out. Overall a great stay, I recommend. "
