It was a treat to have a pub downstairs with 150 bottles of whisky to sample!! The rooms are steps away from train/ bus/ ferry and restaurants. We would highly recommend the Vaults. "

"Very good location for exploring the area. Worth getting a room with a sea view. Room very comfortable and clean. Food ok, but it pays to book in advance. Breakfast very good. Parking can be a bit of a lottery, but there’s a public car park nearby. Easy walk into the centre of Oban and a nice walk up the back of the hotel to a castle. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend."
