"The pool area is beautiful. However, the pool water was a little murky and the interior of the pool was in need of a thorough scrubbing. I have stayed here before and enjoyed a quiet atmosphere at the pool with the oldies playing in the background. This visit was different. Loudspeakers blared so loudly with popular Indian music to the point that I could not relax. The control box for the a/c window unit was hanging by tape but it did work. The tiles in the washroom were dirty needed basic...

"A basic budget hotel, ideal for backpackers or people on a tight budget, room is smallish but has a comfortable bed and a sunny balcony. the rooms could do with a spruce up and are a little dated, the corridors are a bit dark and dingy. breakfast was extra, but cheap and very limited in choice. there is a decent small swimming pool at the back of the hotel. the hosts were friendly and helpful enough."

"Hotel is good and food is excellent. However, commuting is a problem to and from this place. A lot of scam by the taxi; drivers bargain the agreed price at the last moment because of which we had to cancel our program of the day. This was annoying and frustrating to a tourist. Unless one has a private vehicle, it’s useless coming to Goa; otherwise staying inside the hotel is the only option for you."

"The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. Our room was on the 3rd floor of one of the annexes, and was wonderful, - beautifully appointed, with a balcony overlooking the excellent pool. The staff were very friendly and gave...
