"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "

"It was great in the begining, they offer unlimited coffee (bad quality but unlimited). And they are very friendly. When paying time came, they took almost twice the price of my reservation and they didn't even give me any receipt. "

"Mike who runs the property is an awesome guy and very helpful and accommodating. The property is super unique on the side of the volcano overlooking San Juan. I’m leaving this review to tell people to probably use Hostelworld to book this property because this is actually an old account. "Absolutely loved staying here. Everything in the room was perfect, from the bed, bathroom, and even having filtered water. The large windows with the natural light really made it feel so amazing.
