"It is very much a classic hotel in a very bustling part of Bangkok. Plenty of food choices within it and an excellent pool area. Given the classic hotel, the rooms were nice but the age of the hotel is very much showing in the rooms. The bathrooms showed age with cracking grout in the bathtub and mirrors with rusting spots, and the toilet did not have the electronic bidets common throughout 3-5 star hotels in SE Asia. The staff were friendly, but some had difficulty understanding English. ...
