"This is by far a top notch 5 Star hotel, from the manager to the staff, to the property itself. Everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which was perfect. We also upgraded to the club package which was excellent. With the Club benefits you got a breakfast buffet each morning, you got access to the Club Lounge, with free drinks and hors d’ oeuvres every evening, while watching the sunset over Bangkok. Also included was two pieces of free laundry per person, per day. The pool area was amazing. We got to meet people from around the world and made some new friends. Every morning as we walked down the hallway the maid would greet us and engage us in conversation. The doorman and front desk personnel were just as friendly. My wife left $10 in her pants that were getting laundered, and the front desk notified us. It was especially an honor to meet the Manager of the Carlton Hotel and let him know what a great job he and his team had done to make our stay a memorable experience. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a 5 star quality hotel, to book at the Carlton. "
