"Very nice condo in great location and ample parking. However, for a condo that "sleeps 6" there should be more than 4 forks and 4 dinner plates. Cookware was limited, and there was no salt/pepper. Bedding and towels were nice quality but the pillows are horrible."

We were fine with that as we planned on going out but important to know if bringing a family.Tried to communicate with the property manager and he has not returned my emails. This was disappointingTowels need to be upgraded as they are old and do not absorb water.Overall property was clean and the fireplace was nice. "

"The location of this apartment is IDEAL!! Right in town and walkable to everything in town, including the Tops grocery store. The listing doesn't do it justice, as it was a little bigger than I expected - which was a bonus when I walked in. This is clearly a rental unit - the shower hook in the bathroom was falling off the wall, there wasn't any shower stuff (shampoo or soap), hardly any hand soap in the bathrooms, only a few bath towels (2x in each bathroom), and 1x roll of toilet paper. "We had a great ski weekend at Holiday Valley. This condo is ski-in ski-out which made it easy to stop to warm up, rest and eat snacks or meals. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. "What a unique and memorable stay! We had such a wonderful stay. My son loved all the farm animals. He was invited to help feed all the animals during the nightly “chores”. "Ellicotville Chalet was the perfect place for our family trip. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. The location was perfect, only a very short drive to Holiday Valley Resort. The only reason I marked a 4 for cleanliness was because we had to wash the pans, cups and silverware before we used them because they had food on them or were dirty. The same with the stove. The floors were a little messy and the fireplace had ashes and the ash bucket was filled to the rim....
